H Bajiee's Terms & Conditions — Everything in Plain Language

H bajiee (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "h bajiee") operates an online gaming and Sports Betting service for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between h bajiee and each registered user.

By registering on h bajiee or using the platform, you fully agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform.

H bajiee reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

To open an account on h bajiee, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years old. Minors are not permitted to open an account, and any such account found will be closed immediately.
• Single Account: Each person may only create one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful. Accounts created with false details will be terminated.
• Verification (KYC): Identity verification via national ID or passport is required before making a withdrawal.

Once registration is complete, you will receive a personal username and password. Keep this information confidential. You are solely responsible for any unauthorized access to your account.

H bajiee supports payments through Bangladesh's leading mobile banking services. The key payment rules are outlined below:

• All deposits must be made from your own bank account. Payments from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Withdrawal requests will always be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• A specified turnover must be completed before any bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals cannot be processed without completing KYC verification.

H bajiee reserves the right to investigate any suspicious transaction and may place a hold on payment if deemed necessary.

H bajiee regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus offer comes with its own terms that must be met.

• Welcome Bonus: For new members only. Available once per account.
• Turnover Requirement: A turnover of typically 10–20x is required before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Each bonus carries its own individual turnover condition.
• Bonus Validity: Bonuses not used within the specified time after being awarded will be automatically forfeited.
• Bonus Abuse: Misuse of the bonus system will result in bonus forfeiture and account suspension.
• Voucher Code: A voucher code can only be used once. Expired codes will not be accepted.

The following rules must be strictly followed when placing bets on h bajiee:

• Minimum & Maximum Stake: Each market has a set minimum and maximum stake limit. Bets outside these limits will not be accepted.
• Bet Confirmation: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• Match Cancellation: If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded in full.
• Technical Issues: In the event of a technical issue during betting, the decision of h bajiee's management is final.
• Odds Changes: Odds in live betting may change at any time. The odds at the moment a bet is placed are the ones that apply.

If h bajiee considers any bet suspicious, it reserves the right to withhold payment pending an investigation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the h bajiee platform and will result in permanent account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts or using multiple accounts to claim bonuses
• Money Laundering or Illegal Financial Transactions
• Betting using match-fixing schemes or insider information
• Betting using bots or automated software
• Exploiting any vulnerability or technical loophole in the platform
• Unauthorized access attempts to another user's account
• Registering with false information or providing fraudulent details during KYC verification

Closed at User's Request: You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw all remaining balance before closing your account.

Suspended by h bajiee: h bajiee may suspend or permanently close any account in the following cases:

• Violation of Terms & Conditions
• Upon suspicion of fraudulent activity
• Failure to Pass KYC Verification
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months)

H bajiee will not be held liable in the following circumstances:

• If a bet is lost or cannot be placed in time due to an internet connection issue
• In the event of delays or issues with third-party payment services
• If a user's password or login credentials are compromised
• In the event of a temporary service disruption caused by a technical error

Notice of Changes: When h bajiee updates these Terms & Conditions, a notice will be posted on the website. For major changes, you will also be notified via email or in-app notification.

Dispute Resolution: All disputes will first be addressed through direct negotiation. Contact our support team — we are committed to reaching a fair resolution.

Applicable Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by international gaming laws. h bajiee holds an international license and all operations are approved by the relevant regulatory authority.
